This house is situated within a pocket neighborhood where surrounding houses may look similar, however they do not share the same builder. 

​

At first glance it may have appeared as if the list price was way over comparable sales. This resulted in sellers obtaining three very low offers... all of which were FHA qualified and required a credit towards buyers closing costs. 

​

Our team continued a respectful relationship with the sellers, and continued to market the home appropriately. On day 53, we obtained not 1- but 3 competitive offers that were each backed by conventional loans and did not require a credit for cc.
