This home sat stale on the market for 5 months prior to it "expiring" at a list price of $176,000 in the Spring of 2018.

The sellers approached Damaris Lambrecht to see what she could do in late October 2018 as they were still needing to sell the property but needed results. We gladly accepted the challenge to re-brand and re-list this great investment property as well as pushed a custom multi-platform marketing plan.

We were able to obtain multiple offers for our seller at the new list price of $189,000 and secured  a buyer within 27 days on market. Sellers were happy they were able to secure $13,000 MORE than what they previously were not able to sell the home for. 

 

This is a great example of how important presentation and custom marketing plans are when you are selling real estate.
