Meet Damaris

You probably already know Damaris Lambrecht is a Realtor in Fresno, California, but before you trust her with one of the largest financial decisions of your life—buying or selling a home—wouldn’t you like to get to know her better? Trust me, you should! The most important thing for you to know is that her life, personal and professional, is based on integrity and honesty. Please keep reading to find out why.

Let’s get something out of the way before we get started: you might be wondering the correct pronunciation of her name. It’s DAHM-uh-rihs. Now that we’ve gotten that out of the way, we can move on to the important things!

Family Means the World

Damaris’ parents are first-generation immigrants, and they instilled a love of family, faith, hard work, and the belief that the American Dream is alive and well. They came to the United States with very little, but through grit, determination, and faith in God, they became successful and raised a strong, loving family in the Central Valley.


Her parents taught the value of true partnership, and Damaris is blessed to have been married to her childhood best friend Matthew for over 11 years. Together they have a beautiful daughter named Aubrey who drives them to not only succeed, but to do so in ways they are proud of. Matt and Damaris started companies when they were 20 and 23, and the hard work, creativity, and determination of business ownership is something they love to share with Aubrey.

Business is Second Nature

Matt is the owner and fabricator for CaliberCustoms.com, a local performance and custom auto shop specializing in race-related engineering. He is passionate about what he does and is so fortunate to have built a successful career doing what he loves.

While her husband excels at custom fabrication, Damaris thrives when connecting with people and working together with others to accomplish their shared goals. She truly is a natural leader and has been a business owner since age 23. At one point in her career, she was managing over 80 independent contractors simultaneously! This experience allowed her to hone her skills at prioritizing tasks and delegating when needed.


Damaris firmly believes that client satisfaction is only accomplished through communication and honesty, two things that she brings to every transaction she’s involved with. Things are bound to happen in life, but it’s the way we handle situations and treat others that determines our effectiveness and success. You can be sure Damaris will always make good decisions and keep you informed at every step of your real estate process.

How She Ended Up in Real Estate

Damaris was originally a pre-medical student, but during the last year of her internship at a hospital, the company her father worked for was sold and later shut down. Damaris started a real estate preservation company to employ him. Soon, during what has now been named the Great Recession, many other friends and family lost their jobs too. Their company, under Damaris’ leadership as CEO, quickly grew to be the top 3rd company in California. She dropped out of school and managed negotiations, training, and conflict resolution for the company.

In the summer of 2014 Damaris set out on a new path, obtaining her real estate license, returning to Fresno State University to complete her degree, and winding down foreclosure contracts with the perseveration company. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry at the end of 2015.


During each of these seasons of her life, Damaris managed multiple overlapping objectives and timelines, handled innumerable sensitive interpersonal issues with clients and staff, and set goals for herself and others. These are all skills that translate to her real estate sales. In summary, she knows how to get things done!

What Drives Her…And What That Means For You

Damaris stands out distinctly from other agents, due in no small part to her science/chemist background and extensive business leadership experience. She doesn’t just check items off a list and fill in the blanks of a corporate sales template; she applies analytical skills and creativity to design custom business and marketing plans for each home she sells.


Her ability to interpret complex charts and analyze market trends allows her to strategically design marketing plans to help you obtain maximum returns from your home. Although the list/purchase price is ultimately up to buyers and sellers, her in-depth market research provides realistic expectations as to how high or low properties can be stretched. Her goal is to price your home to earn the maximum amount possible in the most efficient amount of time.

Innovation, technology and social media are all important in competing with a fast moving society; however, Damaris also has tremendous respect for traditional strategies that continue to work in real estate. Finding an agent that is able to successfully combine tradition with innovation—while maintaining honesty and open communication—is key in an ever changing market, and Damaris is exactly that agent.
